Five Fathoms approached us to create a series of postcard-style animations for a Netflix promo video, designed to highlight the diverse creative areas the streaming giant works across. The goal was to craft a visually engaging way to showcase Netflix’s storytelling prowess while maintaining a balance between playfulness and sophistication.

To achieve this, they wanted an illustrative and fun, yet mature style—something that felt artistically rich while still being approachable. Each animated postcard served as a snapshot of a different facet of Netflix’s work, creating a cohesive yet varied visual narrative that reflected the company’s vast creative landscape.

We used subtle animation techniques to bring these postcards to life, adding just the right amount of movement to enhance the storytelling without overpowering the artwork.
